- Prior to installing tile floors in any rooms, we will install the base foundation or the underlayment
- We will make sure that the floor is level and free of dust and debris prior to installation
- We will pay close attention to how it runs out toward the walls, in the corners and next to cabinets, tubs and toilets.
- we will employ spacers to ensure uniformity with your tile spacing.
- After the Tile has been completely installed, we aill allow them to sit for 24-48 hours before applying grout and walking on it
- Once the grout has been applied, we will immediately wipe the tile of excess grout
- Proper cleanup of all areas during and after the job is completed
